How does Booking work?
- Contact the consulting rooms via telephone or email, to make an appointment
- Fill in the “Patient information form” under the “FORMS” section of the website and submit
- Have your medical aid card and ID available at the appointment
- Bring a referral letter from the referring doctor
- Bring a list of all chronic and acute medication that you are taking
- If available, bring all laboratory test that were done; not older than 3 months
- Terms & Conditions will be signed before the consultation. Please read through the document under the “FORMS” section or arrive 15 minutes earlier to your appointment, to enable you to read the document before seeing the doctor.
- If you have prostate problems, erectile dysfunction or pelvic floor prolapse; please complete the appropriate questionnaire and submit.
How does Billing work?
1. The Consultation Fees are as follows: Consultation R1200 + Ultrasound R1400 + Admin Fee R300 + Credit Card Admin fee R50.
All first consultations are therefore R2900 in total if paid by CASH or R2950 in total if paid via Card.
All patients will pay upfront on the day of consultation and thereafter can claim back from medical aid.
Note: The ultrasound fee is waived at repeat consultation if it is not required.
